What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on insurance needs.
  • Match the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders.
  • Represent the employer brand and connect customers to the right products.
  • Maintain a professional workspace and adhere to work-from-home requirements.
  • Work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid-morning start time.
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required, 2-3 years preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging with prospects and customers.
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills.
  • Property and Casualty License required after hire.
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • 2-3 years of sales experience in a related field.
  • Proven ability to effectively engage and persuade customers.
  • Familiarity with insurance products and services.
  • Excellent typing capabilities and proficiency in PC usage.
  • Previous experience in a contact center or sales environment.
