Position Overview
We’re looking for a high-energy, relationship-driven Regional Sales Manager to grow our customer base across the Northeast U.S. territory, including ME, VT, RI, CT, NY, NJ, PA, DE, DC, and MD. This role focuses on building connections, solving problems, and closing deals in a high-impact territory. You’ll develop strategic sales plans, pursue new business, support dealers, and represent a product line that sets the standard in mobile concrete technology.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Drive Sales Growth – Own and execute a strategic sales plan to consistently exceed territory goals.
- Expand Market Reach – Identify and develop new business across the construction, infrastructure, utility, and ready-mix sectors.
- Partner with Dealers – Strengthen and educate our construction dealer network to grow their market share.
- Be the Expert – Understand how concrete technology is applied in the field to tailor solutions that add value.
- Lead with Insight – Monitor trends, competitors, and customer feedback to shape regional strategies.
- Close with Confidence – Use your knowledge, professionalism, and charisma to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Travel with Purpose – Attend site visits, meet clients, speak at industry events, and represent Cemen Tech at conferences and trade shows.
- Proven sales experience in a territory, field, or dealer network environment
- Experience or strong interest in the construction, heavy equipment, or concrete industry
- Willingness to travel 50–75% of the time across the Northeast U.S.
- Located within the assigned region (ME, VT, RI, CT, NY, NJ, PA, DE, DC, or MD)
- Excellent negotiation, time management, and organizational skills
- Strong initiative, follow-through, and customer-first mindset
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Prior experience managing a dealer network or selling B2B technical products

- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally
- Must be comfortable traveling via car or plane regularly
- Role is home-based but field-focused
