Compensation ranges from $50,000 to $100,000 per year plus commission, with real profit and no cap on earnings.
We invest heavily from the start to ensure your long‑term success, providing a streamlined lead generation system that puts qualified buyers in front of you, daily coaching, and ongoing support.
Key Responsibilities- Present and sell insurance products to new and existing customers.
- Reach out to potential clients who have requested coverage.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints.
- Participate in regular Zoom training sessions.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms is helpful.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Deadline‑driven, detail‑oriented, and dedicated to delivering results.
- Integrity and a strong work ethic are a must.

This role requires a Life and Health Insurance License, which will be obtained via a 7–10 day online course we provide. Success depends on effort, system implementation, and geographic insurance needs; earnings are based on individual performance.
