What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with outside sales representatives and the distribution team to grow existing customers and create new ones
- Generate new and repeat sales by providing timely product and technical information
- Process customer transactions accurately, including orders, quotes, and returns
- Educate customers on product features and benefits to enhance sales and satisfaction
- Monitor shipment dates to ensure timely delivery and follow up for ongoing customer satisfaction

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 4 years of Sales Operations experience in the technology industry

- Experience with international sales purchase orders
- Strong interpersonal communication skills for engaging with employees, vendors, and clients
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
