Your Role Includes- Sales Presentation: Deliver captivating presentations to individuals and groups, showcasing the benefits and features of our life insurance products. Tailor your approach to meet each client’s concerns and preferences.
- Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term client relationships with ongoing support and follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and policy retention.
- Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions to position offerings effectively and provide insights to clients.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress toward targets. Prepare regular reports for management.
- Compliance: Adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies, safeguard client confidentiality, and uphold high ethical standards.
- Work remotely with flexible scheduling.
- Use warm, pre-qualified leads covering major product types—Term Life, Whole Life, Final Expense, IUL, Mortgage Protection, Annuities, and Living Benefits—managed in your own CRM (no cold calling).
- Earn high commissions, bonuses, and residuals from day one.
- Elite mentorship and proven systems from a team with 30+ years of experience.
- Licensed life insurance producer or willingness to get licensed (guidance provided).
- Licensed life insurance producer or willing to get licensed (we’ll help).
- Sales or marketing experience preferred, insurance experience a plus but not required.
- Strong communicator with drive and integrity.
- Uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses.
- Ongoing training, tech tools, and leadership paths.
- 100% remote — work from anywhere.
