This is a full-time, hybrid role for an Area Sales Representative, based in Overland Park, KS, with flexibility for limited remote work. The Area Sales Representative will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, generating new business leads, and delivering benefit solutions to meet client needs. Duties include prospecting businesses, conducting client meetings, managing enrollment processes, and providing ongoing customer service and support to develop long-term partnerships.
Collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets will also be expected.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships

- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities with customer-focused mindset
- Previous sales or account management experience is a plus
- Ability to travel locally as part of the client engagement process
