This is a hybrid role for an Associate Agent Insurance Producer located in Olathe, KS, with partial work-from-home flexibility. The role involves networking, prospecting, and cultivating relationships to build a client base. The Associate Agent will provide personalized insurance solutions, assist clients with selecting suitable policies, and ensure excellent customer service by helping clients understand and manage risks. Additional responsibilities include maintaining client records, following up with leads, and staying informed on industry trends and product offerings.

• Strong sales, communication, and interpersonal skills to connect with clients and identify their needs
• Knowledge of insurance products, customer service experience, and the ability to create effective customized solutions
• Organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills
• Basic proficiency in technology and tools for managing client data and communications
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
• Previous experience in sales, insurance, or similar industries is beneficial but not required
• A Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field is a plus
