What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  • Lead large deals from qualification through to contract signature, focusing on opportunities of $25 million and above
  • Develop a deep understanding of client business needs and functional requirements
  • Assemble and lead pursuit teams, crafting winning strategies for client selection processes
  • Negotiate contracts to achieve optimal profitability while minimizing commercial risks
  • Ensure compliance with governance processes and maintain accurate sales forecasting

What is Required (Qualifications):

  • 4-year degree or equivalent work experience
  • 6 to 8 years of IT sales experience
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to execute plans effectively
  • Client-centric mindset with exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Dedication to learning and development for self and team

  • Experience in consultative selling and understanding of market dynamics
