This position is a remote position that can be based in the western area of the United States.
Core Responsibilities- Creating the sales region’s business plan and executing activities to reach targets.
- Accountable for reaching the sales region’s short‑term (18‑month rolling) sales and business development targets, including price management.
- Managing and developing the territory, including targeting companies and engaging technical decision‑makers for sales and opportunity development.
- Driving business intelligence activities, including competitor activities, pricing, market trends, and industry segment behavior.
- Managing and developing independent sales reps within the sales territory to optimize sales.
- Effectively following up on leads and turning them into buying customers.
Travel and location:
The role involves 50% travel within the West Region of the US; the location is primarily remote but can be located anywhere within the region.

- More than 6 years of successful history in a high‑value sales management environment, preferably in the US market.
- Strategic thinker with a hunter’s mentality.
- Strong decision‑making skills, even in the face of uncertainty, while keeping customer focus at the center.
- Willingness to collaborate and solid leadership skills.
- Creative, entrepreneurial, and self‑motivated with a professional style based on creating trust through communication.
- Strong communication skills in business English.
- Strong technical aptitude.
- Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering background and/or experience with industrial heating, electrification, or semiconductor industries (asset).
- Driver’s license is required.
