Florida Best Quote Insurance is growing its in-office producer model and is seeking a licensed Insurance Sales Representative to support real estate-driven insurance transactions in Aventura.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and enjoys face-to-face relationship building.
Responsibilities- Provide insurance quotes for home buyers inside a real estate office
- Work closely with realtors and lenders
- Bind policies and manage follow-ups
- Ensure timely insurance delivery for closings
- Built-in lead source through real estate partnerships
- Access to top Florida carriers
- Training, systems, and marketing support
- Professional, established agency environment
- 1099 Commission-based with renewals
- Base or draw option during ramp-up period for qualified producers
- Florida 2-20 license required
- Personal lines experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and urgency
