! We are looking for a Marketing Representative / Territory Manager to develop and strengthen relationships with independent insurance agencies in Tennessee or Alabama
.

• Established Reputation: Well-respected in the industry.
• Warm Leads & Active Clients: Gain access to a built-in agency network and existing customer base.
• Autonomy & Flexibility: Remote position with the ability to manage your territory within a 4-5 hour radius from your home
  .
• Growth & Visibility: Represent company values at state and local insurance associations, meetings, and conventions.
• Support & Resources: Company car provided, along with tools and guidance to help you succeed.

• Conduct in-person agency visits and Zoom meetings to develop new business.
• Promote and market Personal Lines, Commercial Lines, and Professional Lines products.
• Build relationships with independent agents and foster long-term partnerships.
• Attend networking events and industry conventions to increase brand awareness.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and solutions.

• 2-5 years of marketing, business development, or field sales experience in insurance (preferred, but not required).
• Experience working with independent insurance agencies is a plus.
• Self-motivated, outgoing, and strong communication skills
  —a "marketing personality" is key!
• Ability to travel regularly within TN or AL
• Open to new grads who are eager to learn and thrive in a sales/marketing role.
