Skilled Trades Account Executive

We're working on behalf of our client whose business is booming and aggressively expanding their sales team nationally! What You'll Do As Account Manager:

• Develop a book of business within a regional/multi-state territory
• Thrive in a remote setting where you'll autonomously manage your time and territory
• Leverage your knowledge and network in the skilled trades staffing industry to grow your business
• Work to develop the company's brand and position yourself as the leader in your markets
• Utilize the technology, tools, and training provided by the company to spearhead your success

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years' outside sales experience in the construction or industrial trades staffing sectors
• Ability to work efficiently with strong performance in a remote work setting
• Excellent communicator internally and externally. Be available, accountable, and visible to your internal colleagues, managers/leaders, and customers alike!
• Proficiency with ATS/CRM software, MS Office, social media platforms, and other technology tools
