What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities within the IT services sector through prospecting and outreach
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at the executive level
  • Utilize existing OEM connections to enhance sales opportunities
  • Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring timely tracking and closing of opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Proven track record of success in business development or sales within the IT services industry
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience as a field Business Development Executive and 6+ years in services sales
  • Extensive network within the IT and technology sectors with strong connections to OEMs
  • Demonstrated ability to prospect, develop new accounts, and close high-value deals
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Expertise in value-based selling techniques and consultative sales processes
  • Leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and lead in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience using SFDC for pipeline building and accurate forecasting
  • Ability to host and prepare materials for executive Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
  • Self-starter with a strong hunter mentality and passion for sales
