Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of sales Solution Executives in selling clinical solutions to the healthcare market
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet corporate goals
  • Direct sales forecasting activities and set performance goals for the team
  • Manage client relationships and support the negotiation and closing of contracts
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments to create value-added customer solutions
Qualifications
  • Bachelor s degree or higher required; nursing degree (BSN) or clinical license preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in identifying and closing new business sales opportunities in healthcare
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales goals in a management capacity
  • 5+ years of sales management experience in a healthcare technology company
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce
  • Strong strategic mindset and effective negotiation skills
  • Ability to lead in a dynamic and complex team selling environment
  • Familiarity with online demonstration tools (i.e., Web Ex, MS Teams)
  • Servant leadership traits to support and motivate a team
