- Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signature, consistently meeting and exceeding revenue targets
- Source, develop, and manage a pipeline of high-value opportunities, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified deals
- Engage C-level executives and senior decision-makers, aligning solutions with their business priorities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and improve account expansion
- Maintain rigorous pipeline discipline and forecast accuracy, ensuring visibility into deal progression
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience; or 3+ years with an advanced degree
- Expertise in Solution-Selling and other strategic sales methodologies
- Proven experience managing a pipeline and closing commercial contracts
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills with customers and internal teams
- Full sales cycle expertise with an emphasis on business development and pipeline management
- Experience selling in a SaaS organization, particularly with multi-year contracts into the C-Suite
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
- Experience in headhunting and pursuing net new logos
