What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signature, consistently meeting and exceeding revenue targets
  • Source, develop, and manage a pipeline of high-value opportunities, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified deals
  • Engage C-level executives and senior decision-makers, aligning solutions with their business priorities
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and improve account expansion
  • Maintain rigorous pipeline discipline and forecast accuracy, ensuring visibility into deal progression
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience; or 3+ years with an advanced degree
  • Expertise in Solution-Selling and other strategic sales methodologies
  • Proven experience managing a pipeline and closing commercial contracts
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills with customers and internal teams
  • Full sales cycle expertise with an emphasis on business development and pipeline management
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience selling in a SaaS organization, particularly with multi-year contracts into the C-Suite
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
  • Experience in headhunting and pursuing net new logos
