Position: Territory Sales Manager - Boise, ID

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Drive revenue growth by nurturing existing relationships and establishing new accounts within the defined territory
  • Regularly visit healthcare practitioner (HCP) offices to achieve sales volume and established goals
  • Utilize CRM software for effective territory management, including pre-call planning and post-call notes
  • Conduct educational programs for HCPs and distributor sales representatives, both in-person and virtually
  • Collaborate with inside sales partners to generate leads, appointments, and resolve customer issues
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline
  • Valid driver’s license
  • 3-5 years of outside sales experience, preferably in the health and wellness or supplements industry
  • Strong understanding of nutrition basics and experience analyzing sales data
  • Proficiency in CRM software, preferably
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience with product sales and territory development in the practitioner channel
  • Demonstrated success in reporting and presenting on sales data
  • Thorough knowledge of sales and marketing principles and best practices
  • Ability to communicate effectively with HCPs at a sophisticated level
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on developing strategies for market expansion
