In this position, you’ll play an important part in helping hard-working families understand their coverage options. Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating scheduled appointments with members who’ve asked for benefit details

• Leading virtual consultations by phone or Zoom to break down their available choices

• Discussing their needs and helping them identify the most suitable plans

• Building long-term relationships through ongoing communication and follow-up

• Following a step-by-step training program designed to help new representatives succeed

• Setting and reaching personal goals, with a clear path into leadership as you grow

This is a role built around education and service, not aggressive selling. Your job is to guide people, answer questions, and help them make informed decisions with confidence.

You’ll be a great fit if you bring:

• Strong verbal and written communication

• Basic computer skills and comfort working online

• A motivated, disciplined work ethic

• Organized habits and strong time management

• Professionalism, positivity, and willingness to learn

• The ability to pass a background check

Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, sales, or similar fields is helpful — but not required. We value attitude, reliability, and coachability above all else.
