- Preferred sales experience in Insurance, Retail, or Banking, with inbound sales experience as a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and manage high call volumes
- Strong focus on maintaining a distraction‑free work environment
- High‑speed broadband internet service with specified upload and download speeds
- Experience in a customer‑facing role within the insurance industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and performance metrics
- Familiarity with the insurance licensing process and requirements
- Ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to contribute positively to team dynamics
