Dental A Team is seeking a results‑driven Account Executive to drive new business and build trusting relationships with dental practice owners across the United States. This role offers a competitive salary and strong performance incentives.

$80,000 - $140,000 per year (base salary + OTE $115k-$140k)

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to signed contracts, primarily via video calls.
• Manage and convert warm inbound leads while prospecting new opportunities.
• Run strategy calls with prospective clients to uncover pain points and map a path forward.
• Attend external events to build professional relationships and generate leads; monthly travel to dental events.

• Base Salary: $80,000
• On‑Target Earnings (OTE): $115,000‑$140,000 with a 60/40 pay mix
• SPIFFs and no‑nonsense quotas
• 10 days PTO in year 1 (15 days in year
  2) + 15 paid holidays

• Inbound leads via podcast, webinars, partnerships, website, re‑engagements, and referrals
• Outbound prospecting to qualified practice owners

• High performers may advance into sales leadership roles as the team expands.

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience in dental, medical, or professional services
• Proven track record of hitting or exceeding targets
• Consultative sales approach with confidence and self‑motivation
• Lives in AZ, FL, , NV, TX, or UT
