Position: *MARCH START* Licensed Inbound Sales Center Insurance Agent, Personal Lines

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Provide comprehensive insurance solutions for auto and home coverage
  • Evaluate risk and confidently ask for sales while overcoming objections
  • Handle an average of 30-40 inbound calls per day in a customer-facing role
  • Maintain all necessary state licenses and manage prior carrier relationships
  • Collaborate effectively both independently and as part of a team
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 2+ years of recent sales experience with strong negotiation skills
  • Sales experience in Insurance, Retail, or Banking is highly preferred; inbound sales experience is a plus
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High-speed broadband internet service with specific upload/download speed requirements
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in the insurance industry or a background in a customer service-oriented role
  • Familiarity with handling objections and closing sales
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication skills and ability to maintain a distraction-free work environment
  • Previous experience in a metric-driven, pay-for-performance sales environment
