• Engage new and existing customers through cold calling and proactive prospecting
• Position and sell a portfolio of solutions, including Safety Forms & Supplies, Compliance Publications, and SaaS Safety Management Tools
• Develop prospecting strategies for dedicated account lists to uncover new business opportunities
• Utilize structured selling techniques to achieve high‑volume outbound calls and one‑call closes
• Maintain a distraction‑free, private work environment while utilizing provided computer equipment

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a phone‑based or B2B sales environment
• High School Diploma required;
  Bachelor's degree preferred
• Strong communication skills, confident in presenting solutions
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and an aptitude to learn new systems
• Hunter mentality with a drive to exceed monthly sales quotas

• Experience with cold calling and proactive outreach in a sales context
• Familiarity with safety and compliance solutions or related industries
• Previous success in achieving sales targets in a competitive environment
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
