Responsibilities:
- Create a target list of potential clients and manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing.
- Perform compelling demos that engage prospects.
- This is a work-from-home field sales role; local residency is required.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver on sales promises.
- Utilize Atlas, our sales tool, effectively to manage activities.
- Understand competitors thoroughly and strategize to highlight Heartland's advantages.
Requirements:
- Must be 18+ years old
- Valid driver's license
- Complete mandatory drug screening around the 60th day of employment
Additional Requirements:
- Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills; ability to negotiate at all decision levels.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- Self-motivated, creative, flexible, and resilient under pressure.
- Experience in cold-calling and canvassing local businesses; success in these areas is a plus.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations is advantageous.
- Sales experience preferred, especially in hunting for new clients.
- Must reside locally; remote work is available.

- Expected first-year earnings range from $90,000 to over $105,000, based on performance, with uncapped commissions, residuals, and equity.
