About the PositionWe partner with over 44,000 labor unions across North America to provide members with supplemental benefits they’ve already requested. That means no cold calling, no door-to-door sales
—just guiding members through their options and helping them choose the coverage that’s right for their families.
Schedule and conduct virtual or in-person consultations with union members
Clearly explain available benefit programs
Assist members in selecting the coverage that meets their needs
Maintain accurate records and complete follow-ups as needed
QualificationsStrong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer proficiency
Self-motivated with a solid work ethic
Good organizational and time management abilities
Able to pass a background check
