What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Drive new business sales for the employer’s Healthcare products within the Integrated Risk Management Suite
  • Develop and execute targeted sales plans to meet and exceed individual sales goals
  • Build and maintain relationships with C‑level executives in Risk Management and related fields
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineers to understand client needs and deliver effective product demonstrations
  • Engage in overnight travel 20%‑30% of the time to meet prospects and close deals
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of enterprise software sales experience, preferably in GRC, IRM, BC&R, Healthcare, RMIS, or Cyber
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and closing deals
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
  • Highly organized with experience using Salesforce to track sales activities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Knowledge of GRC and/or IRM
  • Experience in a related industry with a demonstrated ability to articulate business value
