** Product Retention Specialist
** is a junior sales and customer service position that will report to the Member Experience Director and will assist in all activities associated with inbound and outbound customer operations and
** This role is a full-time, remote position based in the Southwest Florida market, with varied hours.*

** Collaborate with the Member Experience Director and team to improve retention strategies and member satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales and customer service Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage high volumes of outbound calls and emails Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences

Preferred Qualifications:

Proven ability to influence buying decisions and negotiate pricing and terms In this position a portion of the compensation package is a commission-based pay structure, allowing you to earn based on your performance and sales achievements. The anticipated base pay range for this position is $40,000 to $65,000, annually. The actual base pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location.

At Brunswick, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the salary range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the specifics of the candidate’s qualifications and the business context.
