Location: Remote (Hiring in Texas, Louisiana, Florida, and Oklahoma ONLY

Schedule: Varies between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM CST
Compensation: Minimum Wage + Commission

As we scale our services, we are expanding our outbound calling team to connect with prospective patients who have expressed interest in our programs.
Position SummaryThis is a high-volume cold calling and outbound sales position. As an Outbound Patient Enrollment Specialist, you will contact potential patients, introduce them to our weight loss programs, and guide them toward scheduling their first appointment. Success in this role requires confidence on the phone, persistence, and the ability to build rapport quickly.
Key Responsibilities- Make outbound cold calls to prospective patients using provided leads.
- Educate potential patients on our weight loss services, medications, and care model.
- Qualify leads and address common questions or objections.
- Schedule initial consultations and drive patient enrollment.
- Accurately document call outcomes and patient information in our system.
- Meet or exceed daily call and conversion targets.
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth handoffs.
- Strong verbal communication and persuasive phone presence.
- Comfortable with cold calling and handling objections.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
- Prior experience in outbound sales, cold calling, call centers, or telehealth is strongly preferred.
- Must reside in Texas, Louisiana, Florida, or Oklahoma.
- Must have own computer capable of running web-based calling and CRM systems.
- Must have reliable, high-speed internet connection.
- Must have a quiet, private, and professional work environment suitable for outbound calling.
