What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)- Develop and execute sales strategy while leading Regional Sales Managers and the Inside Sales team
- Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and understand competitive markets
- Manage relationships with key accounts and drive revenue through various sales channels
- Collaborate with internal teams to align product offerings and sales strategies
- Educate and mentor sales teams on value-based selling of electrical solutions
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or applicable experience in technical electrical sales
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical electrical sales, particularly in surge protection or switch gear
- Experience leading inside and outside sales teams
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and sales analytics tools
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time throughout the US and Canada
- Previous experience with surge protection or switch gear sales
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills to guide customers toward solutions
- Familiarity with construction project sites and holds a valid driver’s license
