Position: Surge Protection Sales Manager - (ERICO) North America

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Develop and execute sales strategy while leading Regional Sales Managers and the Inside Sales team
  • Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and understand competitive markets
  • Manage relationships with key accounts and drive revenue through various sales channels
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align product offerings and sales strategies
  • Educate and mentor sales teams on value-based selling of electrical solutions
Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or applicable experience in technical electrical sales
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical electrical sales, particularly in surge protection or switch gear
  • Experience leading inside and outside sales teams
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and sales analytics tools
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time throughout the US and Canada
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience with surge protection or switch gear sales
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills to guide customers toward solutions
  • Familiarity with construction project sites and holds a valid driver’s license
