• Annual base salary range of $85,000 - $95,000, with an on-target earnings (OTE) of $90,000 including commission

• Identify and prospect Enterprise customers using outbound sales strategies and referrals
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to closing deals
• Drive market expansion by building relationships with key decision-makers at Enterprise businesses
• Understand customer needs and position immigration solutions as essential to their strategy
• Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports on progress and forecasts in CRM tools

• Minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in HR technology, SaaS, or Immigration and Mobility
• Proven track record of closing deals in the Enterprise segment
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to influence decision-makers
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment

• Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and virtual communication platforms
• Demonstrated ability to generate leads and manage a pipeline in a high-volume sales environment
