What to Expect
  • Develop and execute sales strategies while leading Regional Sales Managers and the Inside Sales team
  • Conduct market research to identify sales growth opportunities and competitive positioning
  • Manage high-level relationships with Key Accounts and drive revenue through various channels
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align product offerings with market needs
  • Educate and mentor sales teams on application-based selling of surge protection products
What is Required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or relevant experience in technical electrical sales
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical electrical sales, particularly with surge protection or switch gear
  • Proven experience leading sales teams and negotiating high-level contracts
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and sales analytics tools
  • Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time within the US and Canada
How to Stand Out
  • Previous experience in surge protection or switch gear sales
  • Strong value-based selling and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with contractors, panel shops, and OEMs
  • Familiarity with construction project environments
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to navigate construction sites
