- Develop and execute sales strategies while leading Regional Sales Managers and the Inside Sales team
- Conduct market research to identify sales growth opportunities and competitive positioning
- Manage high-level relationships with Key Accounts and drive revenue through various channels
- Collaborate with internal teams to align product offerings with market needs
- Educate and mentor sales teams on application-based selling of surge protection products
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or relevant experience in technical electrical sales
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical electrical sales, particularly with surge protection or switch gear
- Proven experience leading sales teams and negotiating high-level contracts
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and sales analytics tools
- Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time within the US and Canada
- Previous experience in surge protection or switch gear sales
- Strong value-based selling and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with contractors, panel shops, and OEMs
- Familiarity with construction project environments
- Valid driver’s license and ability to navigate construction sites
