• Offer ongoing policy support, including reviews, beneficiary updates, and claims assistance.

• Maintain strict compliance with all regulatory, ethical, and company standards.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Highly organized with effective time-management abilities.

• Comfortable using computer-based tools and virtual platforms.

• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and goal-driven.

• Prior sales or client-facing experience preferred, but not required.

• Ability to qualify for a Life Insurance License (training and support provided).

• Competitive mindset with strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

• Able to work independently while collaborating within a remote team.

• Coachable, open to feedback, and committed to continuous improvement.

• Must be a U.S. citizen or legally authorized to work in the United States.
