We are seeking driven, service-oriented professionals to join our team as Remote Insurance Specialists

Engage with members through scheduled daily outreach using warm leads.
Assess financial needs and recommend appropriate life insurance and supplemental benefit solutions.
Provide a high level of customer service to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention.
Guide members through the application and enrollment process, addressing questions promptly.
Offer ongoing policy support, including reviews, beneficiary updates, and claims assistance.
Maintain strict compliance with all regulatory, ethical, and company standards.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Highly organized with effective time-management abilities.
Comfortable using computer-based tools and virtual platforms.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and goal-driven.
Prior sales or client-facing experience preferred, but not required.
Ability to qualify for a Life Insurance License (training and support provided).
Competitive mindset with strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Able to work independently while collaborating within a remote team.
Coachable, open to feedback, and committed to continuous improvement.
Must be a U.S. citizen or legally authorized to work in the United States.
