- Develop and execute sales strategies while leading Regional Sales Managers and the Inside Sales team
- Conduct market research to identify sales growth opportunities and understand competitive markets
- Build and maintain high-level relationships with key accounts across the U.S. and Canada
- Educate and mentor sales teams on application and value-based selling of surge protection products
- Collaborate with various business functions to align product, process, and strategy direction
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or applicable experience in technical electrical sales
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical electrical sales, preferably in surge protection or switch gear
- Proven experience leading outside and inside sales teams
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools
- Ability to travel 50% of the time throughout the U.S. and Canadian markets
- Previous experience in surge protection or switch gear sales
- Strong value-based selling and negotiation skills
- Experience working with contractors, panel shops, and OEMs
- Familiarity with market training and promotional strategies
- Physical capability to navigate construction project sites
