Position: Sales Executive Partner, Small Law

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Promote and sell Westlaw, Practical Law, and CoCounsel products through outbound calls to small law firm customers
  • Manage inbound leads and consistently apply consultative and solution‑based sales techniques
  • Achieve and exceed sales and telephone activity goals through effective negotiations
  • Participate in pre‑sales calls and demonstrate products using web‑based tools
  • Gather and log sales data and client interactions within the CRM system
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience with quota attainment
  • Experience in a prospecting or cold‑calling environment
  • Strong sales process and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in pipeline management within a CRM environment, preferably
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • College degree in business, sales, or a related field
  • Experience with competitive market intelligence and reporting
