With Me, Inc. is actively scaling with many of the National Multifamily Housing Council Top 50 managers and owners in the country, including Lincoln Property Company, Greystar, Fairfield, Avenue5, and many others.
With Me, Inc. is expanding its Business Development team and seeking three experienced Business Development Representatives to join our Scottsdale office. As a BDR, you’ll play a key role in driving With Me’s growth by generating qualified leads, connecting with prospects, and creating new business opportunities for our Sales organization.
This position pays $31.25/hour and is eligible to earn commission.
What You’ll Do- Prospect new leads through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads to assess fit and readiness for Sales engagement.
- Schedule and conduct discovery calls, ensuring high‑quality handoffs to Sales representatives.
- Manage daily activity goals and maintain accurate CRM data in Salesforce or similar systems.
- Collaborate with regional and national sales teams to align outreach and conversion strategies.
- Continuously refine messaging and approach based on industry trends and prospect feedback.
- 24–36 months of business development, sales, or related experience.
- Proven ability to independently manage outbound cadences and qualify leads effectively.
- Experience with CRM and sales engagement tools (Salesforce, Hub Spot, or Outreach preferred).
- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly.
- A results‑driven mindset with resilience, adaptability, and integrity.

Full compensation packages are based on position location as well as candidate experience and qualifications.
This position will also qualify for annual bonus opportunity.
