We train agents to meet with clients virtually to discuss mortgage protection, final expense, life insurance, and related coverage. Qualified leads are provided by our lead program—no cold calling. An agent can work part‑time (15 hrs/week) earning $35,000‑$50,000 or full‑time (40 hrs/week) earning $100,000‑$250,000+.

• Meet with prospective clients virtually to assess protection needs.
• Use provided training and tools to educate clients about insurance options.
• Utilize exclusive, qualified direct mail leads to schedule appointments.
• Maintain accurate client records and follow up on sales opportunities.

• Minimum 18 years of age and legal U.S. residency.
• State life insurance license. If unlicensed, agency will provide licensing support (1‑2 weeks).
• Clean criminal background check with fingerprinting.
• Excellent communication and rapport‑building skills over the phone/virtually.
• Ethical, self‑disciplined, trustworthy, and growth‑oriented.
