Technical Sales Consultant

This role can be based anywhere in the Southeast Region.

Salto is seeking several dedicated and knowledgeable Technical Sales Consultants (TSC) to join our team. The TSC will play a crucial role in fostering strong partnerships, ensuring quote and order configuration accuracy, and providing top‑note support and training to our stakeholders. This position requires a detail‑oriented person and problem solver that thrives when helping others.

• Customer Engagement:
  Some relationships with partners will be ongoing while others are less frequent, however the same dedication to quality work and fulfilling their expectations is key
• Support & Training:
  Provide personalized support, training, and resources to partners, ensuring they are well‑equipped to quote and order Salto’s products and services
• Technical Support: A scheduled resource to ensure partners have the technical skills for successful projects. Proactive Problem Solving:
  Anticipate and address future needs to prevent issues before they arise
• Sustainable Growth:
  Foster a culture of curiosity, continuous improvement, and accountability
• Brand Building:
  Provide a level of support that promotes both Salto’s and the partner’s reputation and brand

• Strong knowledge of Salto products and deployment scenarios
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and detail‑oriented work output
• Ability to provide excellent support to all partners and stakeholders
• Willingness to travel and train partners and stakeholders
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
