Pay Details
  • Starting base salary is $45K with opportunity for growth.
  • Average earnings range from $55K-$75K through a combination of base salary and generous commission.
  • Top Performing Agents in their second year and onward, can earn up to $85k+.
Location

Our Sales Representative, Inbound Remote position is available for candidates based in the states of Missouri, Wisconsin, Iowa and Kansas. Applicants must reside within these specified locations to be considered for this role.

Job Details

As an Inside Sales Agent you will be handling inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs and matching the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders.

Training and Benefits
  • Training extends over a period of 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires.

  • No cold calls, all incoming warm leads.

  • Must be available to work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid‑morning start time. Example 11am-8pm (CST). This schedule can be expected for a minimum of 12 months before consideration for another shift.
  • All computer equipment is provided. You must be able to maintain a professional workspace with a dedicated desk and wired high‑speed internet connection (minimum 100 Mbps download, 20 Mbps upload). Satellite and mobile internet not supported.
Qualifications
  • 2‑3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years sales/service‑related work experience required.
  • Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills to close sales.
  • Ability to communicate well to prospects and customers.
  • Excellent analytical, decision‑making and organizational skills.
  • Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.
  • Property and Casualty License required after hire.
