• Establish and maintain relationships with accounts and end users to meet corporate and territory goals
• Develop and manage business plans for the assigned territory, including budgeting and reporting
• Collaborate with engineers and consultants to promote and secure product specifications
• Conduct local training programs tailored to individual territory needs, educating customers on product features and benefits
• Utilize CRM tools for project management, job tracking, and opportunity management

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 4-7 years of prior sales experience, particularly within the electrical distribution channel
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present effectively to diverse audiences
• Solid understanding of commercial, residential, data center, and industrial markets
• Proficient in using  and other software for analysis and presentations

• Experience in contractor sales with a demonstrated track record of success
• Familiarity with digital competence and emerging applications within the industry
• Knowledge of connected home technologies and their applications
• Ability to understand and cater to the needs of various customer personas
• Experience in providing value-added services such as take-offs, drawings, and BIM
