Job Overview

Remote position, must reside near North Houston.

Responsibilities
  • Customer sales calls include a mix of existing/repeat business and prospecting for new customers and projects.
  • Closely work with your manager to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Participate in overseeing the successful delivery of product installation, ensuring optimum customer satisfaction.
  • Project management responsibilities include ensuring raw materials are on site, construction crews have everything they need and troubleshooting any installation issues.
  • Full turn‑key operation ensures a smooth install and helps secure the next project in another area or building.
  • Will participate in an enriching training process spanning over two years, traveling to headquarters for pre‑planned, scheduled training.
Compensation Package
  • Base Salary Range: $70,000 – $90,000
  • Uncapped Commission potential (First 2 years average): $15,000 – $40,000
  • Supplemental Pay Types:
    Uncapped Commission Pay, Bonus Pay, car allowance, expenses
  • Benefits: 401(k) with company match after 6 months, pension plan, medical/dental/vision insurance, flexible schedule, life insurance, tuition reimbursement
Qualifications
  • Experience in B2B, end‑user sales; construction, commercial or industrial sales preferred.
  • Proven success in business development and project management, interacting at all levels.
  • Strong capacity to learn a new industry.
  • High degree of initiative, mature judgment, and self‑motivation.
