SUMMARY:

This remote position requires candidates to be comfortable traveling to store locations within the assigned territory. You will drive a personal vehicle up to 55 miles per day, with mileage reimbursed at 62¢ per mile. The role is a Continuous Part‑Time position requiring 20–25 hours per week and is a great opportunity for a relationship‑oriented person to flex strong selling skills while representing popular Hershey brands.

WORK SCHEDULE & COMPENSATION:
The TSA will visit 6–10+ accounts per day, typically with a flexible work schedule that overlaps the core hours of 6:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday‑Friday. The starting hourly rate is $15.50–$16.50, depending on skill, experience, and location.

• Sell and maintain 100% distribution of all “authorized” Hershey items in the assigned territory, ensuring flawless retail execution of Headquarter Sales and Merchandising Plans.
• Achieve all merchandising objectives through the effective use of Permanent Secondary Displays and other display vehicles established within the Retail Execution Plan.
• Report weekly activity, expenses, account changes, promotions, and all administrative functions within the assigned territory.
• Report daily activities using tablets, submitting after each day's completion.
• Manage Sales Territory, which varies depending on territory size, number of retailers, and location.

• Must have a valid US state‑issued driver’s license.
• Must have a personal vehicle in sound operating condition.
• Must maintain personal auto insurance indicating minimum coverage of $100,000 per person / $100,000 per accident / $100,000 property damage, permitting business use.
• Must reside or be willing to commute within the territory boundaries as listed in the job description.
• Must be able to drive long distances to make multiple sales calls daily.
• Must be able to lift 10–40 lbs. regularly, with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Must be able to bend, kneel, stoop, and demonstrate manual dexterity regularly, with or without reasonable accommodations.

• Must have daily access to wireless internet.
