What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Drive new business generation for the SENSORA platform across large hospitals and integrated delivery networks (IDNs)
  • Develop and implement territory strategies to build a robust pipeline in key enterprise segments
  • Cultivate relationships with senior clinical, IT, and C-suite stakeholders
  • Create compelling business cases that align SENSORA’s clinical impact with system priorities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful pilot programs and implementations
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 8+ years of enterprise sales experience in digital health, Med Tech, or healthcare SaaS
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and closing complex deals with large health systems
  • Experience managing multi-stakeholder sales processes, including clinical and IT decision-makers
  • Familiarity with health system procurement structures and privacy/security reviews
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage clinical and executive audiences
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience introducing category-creating technologies or building new markets within healthcare
  • Comfort working in early-stage or high-growth environments
  • Strong solution-selling and value-based selling skills
