• Develop and maintain business relationships to meet or exceed sales goals within your assigned territory
• Understand the employer's diverse Group products and the brokerage community
• Support new sales initiatives to increase sales of existing products and develop new products
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure proper processing of sold products
• Identify and procure new customer sales opportunities in partnership with brokers

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Ability to learn the insurance/financial services industry, including products and marketing practices
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and collaboration skills
• Highly motivated, results‑oriented self‑starter with problem‑solving abilities
• Excellent time management, organization, and project management skills

• Experience in sales within the insurance or financial services industry
• Established relationships with brokers and agents in the territory
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
