Our client is a leading provider of consumer, business‑to‑business, and industrial digital imaging solutions to the United States, Latin America, and the Caribbean markets.
We are currently seeking a Channel Account Manager for the Mid‑West region. The ideal candidate will bring technical expertise and experience developing strategies with key decision‑makers to increase sales.
This is a full‑time, virtual/remote position with an anticipated salary range of $70,000‑$104,000 annually, plus commission under a 65/35 split.
Responsibilities- Develop strategies to increase sales with key decision makers in the dealer sales channel and with end users.
- Serve as the company’s face, promoting the business relationship between the company and assigned dealers and/or offices.
- Communicate effectively with Fortune 500 customers—including CEOs, CIOs, and CFOs—presenting high‑level sales strategies, ROI, and technical workflow analysis.
- Assist dealer sales channel and end‑user customers with technical knowledge that allows for detailed analysis and recommended hardware and software solutions.
- Manage dealer sales channel accounts, territories, marketing program implementation, education, and other channel‑related support.
- Conduct high‑level introductory sales calls, providing retail sales channel proposal development and bid support assistance.
- Coordinate and implement product launches and equipment/software updates with dealer sales channel.
- Coordinate certain events and trade shows.
- Apply company policies and procedures to resolve routine issues.
- Maintain working knowledge of company products and services.
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- 3‑5 years of related experience.
- Experience with copier sales / A3 market required.
- B2B retail‑sales and/or customer face‑to‑face, copier dealer, or copier manufacturer experience preferred.
- CompTIA CDIA/CDIA+ certification.
- CompTIA Network+ certification.
- 5+ years in sales/sales support and industry‑related experience.
- Sales certification in six core skill‑soft areas:
- Professional Selling in the Knowledge Economy simulation
- Field Sales simulation
- Territorial Account Sales Skills simulation
- Sales Manufacturing (TM):
Opportunity Development simulation - Strategic Account Sales Skills simulation
- Sales Communication Techniques simulation
- Travel of over 75% or more in the Northeast or Mid‑West is expected for this position.
