We are currently seeking a Healthcare Solutions Sales Executive – IT Services Sales (REMOTE ROLE) to join our team in Raleigh, North Carolina, United States.
The ideal candidate has 12+ years of IT Sales experience in the Managed Services/Professional Services space and strong relationships in the Healthcare Provider market. In addition, a deep understanding of Information Technology and Digital Solutions sales and professional services sales is required. Specific client knowledge of the modern complexities of business and technology, delivering the insights, solutions, and outcomes that matter most, is essential.
This is a hunter-type sales role to generate, qualify, and close new business at the C‑Suite decision maker level.
- Sell complex managed services, full IT outsourcing solutions, application services, and industry vertical solutions, including regulatory compliance solutions, digital solutions, mobile solutions, transformational services, application management/support, digital workplace services, and BPO.
- Demonstrate a history of success in a sales hunter role with the ability to acquire net new logos.
- Passion for improving healthcare and patient outcomes, recognized as an expert in the Healthcare Provider service solutions industry.
- Deep understanding of IT managed and professional services and ability to articulate the value proposition to clients.
- Creatively sell into large national Healthcare Insurance and Provider accounts and demonstrate successful deal closures.
- Show strategic agility to interface and influence C‑level executives within the customer organization.
- Design and implement sales strategy to achieve sales quota.
- Assess potential sales opportunities and develop value propositions.
- Apply an extremely deep understanding of business, financials, service offerings, the market, and the needs/challenges of assigned accounts.
- Understand and apply the long‑term vision of business/technology direction for NTT DATA.
- Drive services sales strategies that help drive exponential sales growth.
- Demonstrated ability & success at meeting and/or exceeding annual quotas of $12+ million in revenue.
- Understand the competitive landscape for IT services and anticipate how market and competitive factors influence the selling of NTT DATA services.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and board‑room executive presence.
- Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in IT Services sales and/or professional services sales.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience selling into enterprise Healthcare clients.
