Hybrid Onboarding Wholesaler (ROM)

What You'll Do In This Role- Work within the assigned region to achieve assigned annuity sales goals.
- Identify and build relationships with prospects in the region through face‑to‑face meetings, regional industry events, phone calls, webinars, and other forms of communication to appoint new producers.
- Onboard new producers by promoting company products, services, and benefits; create and provide business plans/goals and train new agents/producers.
- Facilitate recruiting campaigns to prospective agents to assist the company in achieving recruiting and production goals.
- Partner with external and internal wholesalers in the region to best achieve recruiting and sales goals.
- Attend facilitation of agent training and promote company and products at industry conferences as necessary.
- Demonstrate strong ability to articulate the company’s strategy by presenting a compelling story about company strength, culture, values, products, and services.
- Deliver presentations educating producers and distribution partners about the company, product, and services to recruit quality agents.
- Assist with developing and implementing training programs for new products, point‑of‑sale work, services, and programs offered by the company.
- Collaborate with management to implement outbound phone campaigns and other programs to be carried out from the home office, ensuring activity requirements and service standards are met at all times.
- Gather and maintain competitor information and assist management in developing product and sales tools to gain and maintain a competitive advantage.
- Support expense management by completing accurate travel expense reports on time and managing regional expenses efficiently.
- Travel within the region (minimum 25%) for various producer meetings.
- Maintain a positive image of the company.

- Adhere to the Attendance and Punctuality policy for regular attendance and workflow demands.
- Participate in other initiatives and/or projects as necessary.
- Bachelor’s Degree and/or 5+ years sales experience in financial services industry (internal, external, or combination).
- Ability to work independently and communicate clearly and concisely with effective written and oral skills.
- Proven ability to build strong internal and external relationships.
- Excellent presentation skills, both in creation and delivery, to prospective producers/distribution partners.
- Thorough knowledge of sales and marketing principles and practices.
- Demonstrated working knowledge of annuity products and company benefits.
- Proven ability to grow a region/territory as measured by sales, producer growth, and business persistency.
- Effective organizational, time‑management, sales, and presentation skills.
- State life insurance licenses preferred.
- Travel within the region 25% of the time.
- Criminal background check required.
- If the position is in the SIG business unit, Annuity New Business Securities team, or if securities licenses are held, FINRA regulations require fingerprinting; a credit check may also be required.

$70,000 base + sales incentive plan
