Position OverviewWe’re looking for top performing sales professionals that thrive on a full calendar of inbound leads and the rush of closing deals. This role focuses on inbound scheduled sales calls, using the WFS proprietary selling framework. While outbound prospecting is not required, we seek ambitious, hungry, and motivated closers who can maximize revenue and manage their pipeline effectively.

- Consistently increase product knowledge by consuming the content in the sales training center.
- Participate in daily sales syncs via Zoom to discuss sales initiatives, study sales call game tape, and strategize around the pipeline.
- Follow the WFS proprietary selling framework to take leads through the sales process (training provided).
- Engage in deep, question‑led discovery dialogue to identify challenges, pain points, and gaps that create the need, desire, and urgency for WFS products and services.
- Build and maintain relationships with leads, using a consultative sales approach to understand their goals, objectives, and dominant buying motives.
- Utilize WFS sales material & tools to deliver persuasive sales presentations via Zoom that speak to core desires, highlighting the key benefits and value of WFS products and services.
- Achieve or exceed sales quotas and targets, consistently meeting or exceeding sales performance expectations.
