We’re hiring an Outside Sales Representative to grow our business in the Dallas/Ft. Worth market. This role is all about building relationships, developing new opportunities, and turning customers into long-term partners. You’ll meet clients face‑to‑face, uncover their needs, and work with our operations team to deliver solutions that get the job done right.

• Identify and establish contact with potential customers.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Meet customers in person to understand their needs and provide solutions.
• Collaborate with operations to design and deliver reliable, achievable solutions.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales goals.
• Negotiate strategically with new and existing customers.
• Provide input on regional marketing strategies and growth opportunities.

• Proven outside sales experience.
• Strong consultative sales skill.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills.
• Organized, disciplined, and self‑directed.
• Proficient with standard software applications.
• Maintain the highest integrity and transparency at all times.

This role is critical to the success and direction of JC Davis Power. You’ll need flexibility, problem‑solving skills, and a commitment to creating highly satisfied customers—all backed by a positive, proactive attitude.

• 40‑50 hours per week, with significant autonomy.
• Flexibility to work outside normal business hours to meet customer needs.
• Split between the field/customer visits, and home office work.
