What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)- Provide comprehensive insurance solutions for auto and home insurance
- Evaluate risk and confidently ask for the sale while overcoming objections
- Handle an average of 30-40 inbound calls per day in a customer-facing role
- Maintain all state licenses and manage prior carrier relationships as necessary
- Adapt to a fast-paced environment while working independently and as part of a team
- Bilingual Spanish-English skillset required
- Minimum of 2+ years of recent sales experience, particularly in negotiating and overcoming objections
- Experience in Insurance, Retail, or Banking preferred; inbound sales experience is a plus
- Ability to maintain a distraction-free environment for customer interactions
- High-speed broadband internet service with specified minimum upload/download speeds
- Previous sales experience specifically in insurance or related fields
- Familiarity with working in a metric-driven sales environment
- Proven track record of exceeding sales goals or performance metrics
- Strong adaptability to changing business needs and operational priorities
- Experience with remote work and managing home office setups
