• Handle an average of 30-40 inbound calls per day
• Maintain all state licenses and manage prior carrier relationships as applicable
• Collaborate effectively as part of a team while also working independently

• Bilingual Spanish‑English skillset required
• Minimum of 2 years of recent sales experience, with a focus on negotiating and overcoming objections
• Sales experience in insurance, retail, or banking highly preferred; inbound sales experience is a plus
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong attention to detail in a customer‑facing role, requiring a distraction‑free environment

• Experience in a sales organization that is metric‑driven and performance‑based
• Familiarity with insurance products and services
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Comfortable working with technology and maintaining high‑speed internet requirements
