At Black Label Built, we design and build premium outdoor living environments—decks, patios, porches, pergolas, and more. We’re looking for a driven, knowledgeable sales professional with experience in outdoor construction to help homeowners bring their dream outdoor spaces to life.
This is a commission-only role offering a competitive 6% commission on all closed contracts. Our projects typically range from $30K to $150K+, allowing top performers to earn exceptional income.

- Have 3–5 years of in-home or face-to-face sales experience, especially in construction, home remodeling, or luxury goods.
- Understand residential construction processes and are familiar with outdoor building elements such as framing, decking, drainage, and permitting.
- Are skilled at reading blueprints, site plans, and conveying design concepts to homeowners.
- Can confidently discuss premium materials such as composite decking, aluminum railings, and outdoor lighting integration.
- Are self-motivated, goal-oriented, and disciplined in managing your schedule, pipeline, and follow-ups.
- Enjoy helping homeowners navigate major purchasing decisions with confidence and care.
- Have a flexible schedule and can work independently when called upon.
- Conduct in-person consultations with prospects at their homes or on job sites.
- Qualify leads by understanding their vision, budget, and functional needs.
- Educate clients on outdoor construction options, materials, and timelines.
- Collaborate with the design and estimating team to develop customized proposals.
- Present and close high-value projects and manage the transition to production.
- Track and report sales metrics while maintaining a strong follow-up cadence.
- Conduct cold calls and follow up with past and present leads, and contact new construction home builders for inquiries.
