- Collaborate with VP Global Business Development and Business Unit Leadership to create and execute regional sales plans
- Cultivate meaningful relationships with customers to address their needs and increase sales potential
- Maintain an accurate sales forecast and provide detailed customer requirements for timely sales proposals
- Ensure customer satisfaction post‑sale by acting as a liaison between customers and internal teams
- Stay informed about market trends and product changes to enhance competitive edge and stimulate future sales
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field and a minimum of three years of relevant experience, or a two‑year post‑high school diploma/certificate and a minimum of seven years of relevant experience
- Proven experience in capital equipment manufacturing within the packaging industry; end‑of‑line packaging equipment sales experience preferred
- Exceptional presentation skills with effective interpersonal communication and negotiation abilities
- Broad knowledge of automation applications and technologies, with the ability to read blueprints
- Willingness to travel extensively by air or car (80%)
- Proven ability to sell at the highest levels of Fortune 500 companies
- Previous experience in a similar sales role within the packaging industry
